Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Teach social and preventive medicine to MBBS students including field postings.
• Supervise urban and rural health training centre activities.
• Conduct health awareness and community outreach programmes.
• Undertake epidemiological surveys and public health research.
• Prepare students for UPSC and state PSC community medicine papers.
• Participate in national health programme implementation and evaluation.
• Publish research in public health and epidemiology journals.
• Contribute to NAAC/NMC accreditation of the department.

Qualifications & Experience

• MBBS with MD Community Medicine / Preventive and Social Medicine.
• Valid NMC registration.
