Job Overview

A super-speciality hospital in Mira-Bhayandar is seeking a DM/DNB Neurologist to lead the neurology department, manage complex neurological cases, and perform neurological investigations.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat stroke, epilepsy, Parkinson's disease, MS, and neurodegenerative disorders.
• Perform and interpret EEG, EMG/NCS, and neuroimaging (CT/MRI brain).
• Manage stroke units: thrombolysis (tPA), mechanical thrombectomy coordination.
• Conduct neurological procedures: lumbar puncture, botulinum toxin injections.
• Lead the neurology OPD and inpatient neurology ward rounds.
• Collaborate with neurosurgery for epilepsy surgery and spinal cord cases.
• Participate in neuro-rehabilitation planning with physiotherapy.
• Publish research in neurology journals and present at conferences.

Qualifications & Experience

• DM / DNB Neurology.
• MD Medicine with fellowship in Neurology considered.
• Valid NMC registration.
