Job Overview

A maternity and multispeciality hospital in Kodungallur is hiring an Obstetrician and Gynaecologist to manage antenatal care, conduct deliveries, perform gynaecological surgeries, and run outpatient women's health clinics.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide antenatal, intrapartum, and postnatal care.
• Perform normal vaginal deliveries and caesarean sections.
• Manage high-risk pregnancies: preeclampsia, GDM, IUGR, preterm labour.
• Perform gynaecological surgeries: hysterectomy, myomectomy, laparoscopic procedures.
• Run infertility clinics and counsel on ART referrals.
• Conduct outpatient gynaecology clinics for menstrual disorders, PCOS, and menopause.
• Manage emergency obstetric cases: PPH, eclampsia, ectopic pregnancy.
• Train junior residents and conduct perinatal audits.

Qualifications & Experience

• MBBS with MS / DNB Obstetrics and Gynaecology.
• Valid NMC registration.
• Laparoscopic gynaecology experience preferred.
