Wanted casualty medical officer to a hospital in Adoor.
We are seeking a dedicated Casualty Medical Officer to join our hospital's emergency department. The ideal candidate will have a passion for patient care and quick decision-making abilities in high-pressure situations.
Provide immediate diagnosis and treatment for emergency cases.
Assess, stabilize, and manage acute medical conditions.
Coordinate with nursing staff and other medical professionals for comprehensive care.
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as needed.
Perform minor procedures and assist in trauma care.
Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including X-rays and lab tests.
Ensure timely documentation of patient records and case notes.
Counsel patients and families on treatment plans and recovery.
Adhere to hospital protocols and maintain a clean, safe environment.
Work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emergency medical practices.
Act as a point of contact for ambulance and referral cases.
