Job Summary:
Urgent Requirement Neurosurgeon doctor to a hospital in Palakkad kerala.
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Neurosurgeon to join our team of healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and performing surgical treatments for disorders affecting the central, peripheral, and autonomic nervous systems, including the brain and spine.
Key Responsibilities
Diagnose and treat neurological disorders through surgical and non-surgical methods.
Perform surgeries, including brain, spinal cord, and peripheral nerve operations.
Collaborate with neurologists, anesthetists, radiologists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
Interpret diagnostic imaging such as MRIs, CT scans, and X-rays to plan surgeries.
Provide preoperative and postoperative patient care, including counseling on recovery and rehabilitation.
Keep abreast of advancements in neurosurgery techniques and technology to ensure high-quality patient care.
Participate in hospital conferences, multidisciplinary team meetings, and clinical audits.
Mentor and guide junior doctors, interns, and medical students, if applicable.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies, ethical standards, and medical regulations.
Qualifications
Education: MBBS with an MS/MCh/DNB in Neurosurgery.
Experience: Minimum 0-22 years of experience in neurosurgery preferred.
Licensure: Valid medical license to practice in India (MCI or State Medical Council).
Skills:
Proficient in advanced neurosurgical procedures and techniques.
Strong diagnostic and decision-making skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage emergency cases effectively.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
Work Environment
