Job Summary:
Wanted Intensivist doctor to a reputed hospital in Palakkad kerala.
Key Responsibilities:
Patient Care:
Provide comprehensive care for critically ill patients in the ICU.
Perform invasive and non-invasive procedures (e.g., intubation, central line insertion, etc.).
Monitor and manage mechanical ventilation and other life-support systems.
Clinical Management:
Collaborate with specialists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to formulate and implement treatment plans.
Supervise and guide junior doctors and residents in ICU protocols and procedures.
Emergency Response:
Attend to medical emergencies within the hospital, including code blue situations.
Ensure prompt stabilization and transfer of patients requiring intensive care.
Documentation & Compliance:
Maintain accurate patient records and reports in compliance with hospital standards.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical audits.
Education & Training:
Conduct training sessions for staff on ICU protocols and advancements in critical care medicine.
Stay updated with the latest research and innovations in critical care.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education: MBBS with MD/DNB in Anesthesiology, General Medicine, or Pulmonology. Fellowship in Critical Care Medicine is preferred.
Experience: 2+ years of experience in critical care or ICU management.
Certifications: ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) and BLS (Basic Life Support) certifications.
Strong clinical and procedural skills with the ability to handle high-stress situations.
