Job Overview

A hospital in New Delhi is looking for a qualified Orthopaedic Surgeon to perform bone and joint surgeries, manage fractures and sports injuries, and run orthopaedic outpatient services.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform elective orthopaedic surgeries: total knee replacement, total hip replacement, arthroscopy.
• Manage trauma and fractures: ORIF, intramedullary nailing, external fixation.
• Treat spine conditions: discectomy, spinal fusion, and decompression.
• Manage musculoskeletal tumours, infections (osteomyelitis), and deformity corrections.
• Run orthopaedic outpatient clinics for back pain, sports injuries, and arthritis.
• Perform paediatric orthopaedic procedures.
• Supervise post-operative physiotherapy and rehabilitation.
• Participate in polytrauma team meetings and quality audits.

Qualifications & Experience

• MBBS with MS / DNB Orthopaedics.
• Valid NMC registration.
• Arthroplasty or arthroscopy fellowship preferred.
